OUR CLIENTS

Keshot delivers a complete branding package for Scion.

Client Name: Scion
Keshot's partnership with Scion began in 2002, when the automaker was first entering the U.S. market and needed a way to distinguish itself from other car manufacturers. Keshot's customizable kiosks filled that need and became instrumental in the company's rollout, appearing at Scion events nationwide, with drivers routinely asking parents and friends to buy them a Scion in their video e-postcards. Several years and countless events later, the partnership is still thriving.

This latest event added two kiosks to a yearlong Scion campaign that traveled the U.S., inviting potential buyers to test-drive the automaker's cars. The campaign integrated the kiosks into two customized Scion airstreams to engage with users at the event.

After sending a photo or video e-postcard to friends and family, the kiosks also asked users to send a message to the Scion team, answering the following question: "If you could tell Scion one thing, what would it be?" One in three people responded, with feedback sent directly to Scion's marketing and design teams for review.

Keshot worked with Scion to develop

  • Proprietary technology that enabled immediate customer feedback from the event to the Scion team
  • Customized, eye-catching kiosks branded with Scion's logo and integrated directly into its user airstreams
  • Lightweight, durable kiosks that were easy to handle on the road and never once experienced a technical issue throughout the nationwide campaign
  • A customized graphic user interface designed to generate traffic and encourage user participation
  • An engaging and effective national marketing campaign that generated brand awareness through viral marketing - for a minimal initial investment
  • A database of user e-mails that can be utilized for future marketing campaigns

Scion's marketing and design teams used the feedback as research for future product development and intend to continue their long-standing partnership with Keshot.
