Connecting the real world experience with your online presence at Los Angeles or NY
1.Why would people take a photo with a Keshot kiosk when they can use their cell phones to take a picture and send it via email to their friends?
Taking a picture or video in a photo booth is something people do for fun at every event. The photo/video kiosk offers the user an opportunity to have fun posing and laughing in front of the camera and then sending an electronic postcard to their friends. Typically, people wait in line to use the kiosk even when they have a camera in their cell phone. The online photo album provides a cohesive body of photos that makes people feel as though they were participants in the event.
2. Can the electronic postcards be integrated into the company Web site?
The postcards are hosted on the keshot.com server but we try to make it look like they are part of your company's website, including the look, feel and functionality of your site. The only thing that is different is the URL, but we can use a similar URL to your site's. For example, the URL thescionevent.com was used on the postcard for a Scion event. We'll find an ideal solution for integration with your site.
3. What happens when the kiosk is not in use?
While the kiosk is not being used the screen shows an animation showing what the kiosk does and encouraging people to use it.
4. How do users enter their email information in the kiosk? Does it have a keyboard?
Yes, the kiosk is completely interactive. The kiosk has a touch-screen that displays a keyboard throughout the picture/video taking process. There is no external mouse or keyboard needed.
5. How many recipients can be included per electronic postcard?
Users can include up to three recipients to receive photo/video postcards.
6. Can the user download the pictures or videos when they get home?
Yes, they may.
7. Is a CD of all the pictures and videos provided after each event?
Yes, a CD will be provided.
8. If is possible to delete pictures and videos from the online photo album?
A tool is provided to allow clients control over the pictures and videos in the photo album.
9. Does everybody using the kiosk show up in the photo album? What happens if a user doesn't want to share their picture with others?
The kiosk offers users the option to keep their pictures private before they send their postcards.
Customization
1. What are some ways that the kiosk can be customized?
There are several different ways to customize this kiosk. The kiosks can act as karaoke machines with video-recording capabilities. They have motion sensors that detect when people are in front of the kiosk. Users can send their pictures and videos via Bluetooth technology to cell phones. On-screen surveys, video surveys and online surveys are also possible, as well as enabling the postcards with company coupons. We can most likely do anything you can think of. We have a brilliant in-house engineering team that can make anything happen.
Please read the case studies in our "Our Clients" sections for reference and don’t hesitate to contact us with your specific customization requests, no matter how crazy you think they might be.
2. How much advance notice do you need to do customizations before events?
The customization process of the electronic elements can take anywhere from five to eight days. When manufacturing is involved, such as customizing the acrylic face, then a maximum of three weeks is required.
