The following discloses our information-gathering and dissemination practices for the Keshot Web site and kiosk network.

General Viewing
When you use a Keshot kiosk, you become a part of Keshot World. We collect your name, e-mail address, and demographical information. On some Keshot Web pages you may order merchandise. Information collected on these pages can include your name, address, contact and billing information, transaction details, and credit card information. All collected personal data, except for credit card information, will be added to our database.

Public Forums, Postings, Communications
All photos/videos taken by our kiosks are available for public viewing on our Web site and for storage in personal Keshot Albums. We may monitor or review any and all areas on the Keshot site where users post communications or images, or transmit or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to: chat rooms, bulletin boards, or other user forums, and the content of any such communications may be monitored. Any information disclosed in these areas becomes public information, and users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information.
Keshot is a photo-sharing Web site and kiosk, and we reserve the right to refuse any orders, including but not limited to: photos, videos, and products portraying or suggesting indecent, pornographic, or illegal acts or material that may violate another person's copyright or privacy rights.

Guidelines for Children Using Keshot Kiosks
Children cannot use our kiosks to access the Internet or obtain information. Our Web site allows children to provide both personal, identifiable contact information without prior parental consent or parental notification. The information collected without prior parental consent will only be used to respond directly to the child's requests and will not be used for other purposes without prior parental consent.

Parents can request to review or delete their child's personal information by contacting Keshot directly at support@keshot.com. Parents should note that Keshot is not responsible for screening every kiosk picture/video, nor are we responsible for photos, videos, or any other information obtained by children from our Web site.

Cookies
A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of cookies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographical information (such as zip code, age range). Contact information will be used to notify contest winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Usage of Recipients E-mail Addresses
When users elect to use our service for sending a photo or video stream to friends, we ask them for the friends' e-mail addresses. Keshot stores this information for the purpose of sending this photo or video stream and to contact the friends about promotional offers. These friends may contact Keshot at www.keshot.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

Security
Keshot takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Keshot Web site or Keshot kiosk, that information is protected both on and off-line. When an order is placed at a Keshot kiosk or at our Web site, an order form may ask users to submit sensitive information (such as a credit card number). That information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry: Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Our users are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposesnot directly related to our site at the point of sale. For example, our order form contains a mechanism that allows users to opt-out and therefore not receive any marketing material. This option removes their e-mail address from our lists.
Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional materials from our partners may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to us at support@keshot.com.
