How does Keshot add to the event experience? Can event guests take pictures and videos, and then send them via email to their friends or post them on Facebook and Twitter?

Your event attendees will value their Keshot experience on many levels, all of which can deliver benefits to you.

  • Taking pictures with friends is always fun. Keshot pumps up that excitement by adding videos and a social media angle to your event.
  • Posing and laughing in front of the Keshot kiosk is the first step. Next, the picture or video is delivered in real time in an electronic postcard that’s sent to friends.
  • Your guest can also upload the images on their individual Facebook page or send a tweet with a link to their image.
  • Additionally, all images taken at events are compiled in an online photo album that guests and their friends and family can view and forward to others.
  • And, all attendee email addresses and those of their friends are captured in a database that can be used by your company in future marketing efforts.
  • Finally, Keshot offers a complete event experience by allowing the body of the photo booth to be customized with your brand and messaging.
How do users upload images to their Facebook page?

Users can upload images to their Facebook page directly from the photo booth using Facebook Direct.

Does Keshot offer the functionality to add fans to my company’s Facebook fan page?

The FanCapture functionality allows event attendees to post their images on your fan page. After pictures and videos are posted, users will be prompted to tag themselves and their friends, further increasing your fan base on Facebook.

Is there an option to upload images to Twitter?

Yes, users can upload images with Twitter Direct, which uploads tweets automatically from the photo booth at the event and includes a link to the online postcard (see the Benefits page on the website).

Can users download the pictures or videos when they get home?

Yes, users are able to download pictures or videos at home.

How do users enter their emails at the photo booth? Does it have a keyboard?

Yes, the photo booth is completely interactive, with a touch screen that displays a keyboard throughout the picture- and video-taking process. There is no external mouse or keyboard for the unit. Everything is entered through the touch screen.

If there is a picture or video that a user does not like in the online photo album, can it be deleted?

An online tool that allows users to hide their pictures and videos in the photo album is provided

Does everybody who uses the photo booth show up in the photo album? What happens if a user doesn’t want to share his or her pictures or videos with others?

The photo booth’s touch screen offers users the option to keep their pictures private before they send the electronic postcard.

Customization

In which ways can the photo booth be customized?

Please read our Case Studies section for examples of some of the unique customizations offered by Keshot. We have an in-house engineering team, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have specific requests.

How much advance notice do you need to complete the customization?

The customization can take up to two weeks to complete. When manufacturing and/or shipping is involved, then a minimum of four weeks lead time is required.

Can our in-house marketing/design team handle the customization and design?

Yes, several companies have done this in the past. Your marketing and design team can work with our template to create the customized look by following the clear instructions provided with the template. Alternatively, Keshot has its own design team that can do the customization if your team cannot.

What file types does your graphic design team support?

We can use any format that can be opened with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, including .JPEG, BMP, GIF, PDF. The preferred graphic file resolution is at least 150dpi. Please contact us with any additional questions.

A Database of Highly Qualified Leads

Are the email addresses collected at the event available to other companies?

No, the list of email addresses is ONLY available to the company owning or renting the photo booth. No one else, including us, is allowed access to those email addresses.

Can you include an opt-out option in the emails?

Yes, we can include an opt-out option.

How do I get the list of email addresses?

All of Keshot’s clients receive a login and password to the client section of the Keshot website, where the database of emails can be accessed or downloaded at any time.

Additional Information

How difficult is it to install the Keshot kiosk?

We have developed a simple turnkey installation for all our photo booths. All that is required is an outlet to plug them in. At the end of the event, just unplug it. No shut down is necessary either.

What parts of the world does Keshot serve?

We cover Latin America and all European countries, and every U.S. state except Alaska.
